Following this lead, reflexology is based on the assumption that the body heals itself under the influence of appropriate movements on the foot and hands.

How does reflexology work?

Reflexology focuses on applying pressure to the feet and hands at the right angle and with the right force. In principle, it is the uniform pressure on reflexes in individual areas of the body that is supposed to make us feel better. In practice, the movement of the hands of the person performing the procedure starts from the healthy place, then goes to the sick place, and then focuses on the healthy place again. Reflexology improves the flow of information through the nervous system, which allows you to improve the health of the treated person. The result of this phenomenon is a positive effect on the circulation of diseased organs or other parts of the body. In addition, the body regenerates and metabolizes faster. You cannot forget about the analgesic effect of reflexology.
