Improvement of microcirculation

The importance of microcirculation

The relationship between disturbed microcirculation and various disease states and problems with well-being is recognizable, but so far this fact has been little taken into account in diagnostics and therapy. One of the reasons for this is that the complex processes and interactions between small blood vessels and cells in target organs are not yet fully understood, and treatment methods are therefore lacking. Therapeutic methods of stimulating disturbed microcirculation and thus improving the health and well-being of those affected are currently limited.

Threats connected with microcirculation

If the organs and tissues are not properly supplied with blood down to the level of the smallest vessels, they cannot be adequately supplied with oxygen and the most important nutrients. The efficiency of our body suffers from this. We regenerate worse, we feel weakened and we are more susceptible to illness. In addition, organ function may become increasingly impaired. Diseases and accompanying mood disorders, e.g. long-term disturbances in the wound healing process, persistent metabolic diseases, vascular diseases and chronic pains are a consequence or aggravated by insufficient blood supply.

How to deal with that?

In order to prevent abnormal microcirculation, it is recommended to follow a proper diet and lifestyle. In addition, special treatments and massages that improve circulation and the use of cosmetics to facilitate this are also recommended.
