Excess body fat

A slim figure is a healthy look for every woman and man. Often, despite many efforts, in certain areas of the body fat remains very difficult to reduce. Most often, such local fat deposits are found on the abdomen, hips, thighs and buttocks. Currently, you can speed up the process of reducing body fat by using modern treatments in the field of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology aimed at body contouring.

The most common factors that increase excess body fat are:
- genetic tendencies - in the case of overweight parents, there is a high probability that their children will also have problems maintaining a proper body weight,
- gender - in women, unlike in men, adipose tissue is more and muscle tissue is less developed; the female hormone estrogen is responsible for the accumulation of fat cells in the female body,
-the use of certain drugs, e.g. steroids, serotonin antagonists, psychoactive drugs, antidepressants, certain antiallergic, antiepileptic and antidiabetic drugs,
- improper diet - inadequate diet (reduced fiber intake and an increase in the amount of easily digestible carbohydrates, e.g. fast food), irregular, rare and plentiful meals,
-lack of exercise and a low-active lifestyle - with this lifestyle, the likelihood of developing overweight or even obesity increases.
